Conrad and Brandan, childhood best friends (more like brothers), are the co-owners of Optimum Build Group. They grew up together, played on the same sports teams, and graduated college with construction management degrees. They pursued the early years of their careers in the Bay Area working for a large general contractor. They moved and started their families in Idaho and continued to develop their careers as construction management leaders in the Idaho Treasure Valley.

The dream of owning their own construction business came to life with the creation of Optimum Build Group. With two decades of combined experience in construction management, Brandan and Conrad know what it takes to operate a great company. While the company is still a small family-size business, Brandan and Conrad can be found managing your projects.
