Conrad and Brandan, childhood best friends (more like brothers), are the co-owners of Optimum Build Group. They grew up together, played on the same sports teams, and graduated from college with degrees in construction management. They began their careers in the Bay Area, working for a large general contractor, before moving to Idaho to start their families and continue developing as construction management leaders in the Treasure Valley.

 

The dream of owning their own construction business came to life with the creation of Optimum Build Group. With two decades of combined experience in construction management, Brandan and Conrad know what it takes to operate a great company. While the company remains a small, family-sized business, Brandan and Conrad are still directly involved in managing your projects.

 

They created Optimum Build Group with a simple vision: to better the Treasure Valley community and bring innovation to the local construction industry.
